Enter your tracking number (also called AWB) to check your delivery status.
Important: Your order number (like #2067) or confirmation number (like CJORLNTGO) is not your tracking number. Your tracking number is a separate code that is sent to you by email/SMS after your order ships.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent by email/SMS once your order is shipped. It usually looks like:
- India Post / Speed Post: 2 letters + 9 digits + "IN" (e.g. JH039803269IN)
- Other couriers: a series of 8–14 digits
