RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order on the same day by contacting our customer care before it is shipped. If you cancel in time, we will refund the full amount back to your account. It may take up to 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you wish to cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched from our warehouse, to cancel order you can email us at info@sonamanaturals.com from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and we will assist you with the process.
Please note that Sonama Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time, and may verify any order before shipping it to the customer by having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Returns/Refunds:
If you have received a wrong/expired/damaged/missing product, you can raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please raise a request at the contact details provided on our website or email at info@sonamanaturals.com.
After we receive your request, our representative will revert to you within 5 business days. After review and approval of your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s) delivered to you. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
Once we receive the product(s), we will verify them against your claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that the replacement will depend upon stock availability. Also, any service charge/delivery charge/payment gateway charges will not be refunded to you. The order amount will be refunded either to your original mode of payment or your authorised bank account.
Return/replacement can only be initiated under the following conditions:
· Wrong product delivered
· Expired product delivered
· Damaged product delivered – physical damage/tampered product or packaging
· Incomplete order – missing products
Return/replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
· Opened/used/altered products
· Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
· The return/replacement request is generated and the damaged/missing product is reported after 5 days from the date of delivery
How are returns processed?
If you wish to return a product, we'll arrange for our courier partners to pick it up within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If it passes the quality control, we'll initiate a refund for you. Please note that you can only return eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
In case of part returns, you can return any eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
Cash On Delivery
For cash-on-delivery purchases, there will be an additional handling fee of 30 INR plus shipping charges applied at checkout. We'll call your mobile number to confirm the order before processing it, and we'll email you for further contact if we're unable to reach you. If we're unable to get in touch with you within 5 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Cancelled or returned orders:
If you paid for your order online, we'll process your refund within 7 business working days and return the money to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll need your bank details to issue the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
If you cancel an order, we'll process the refund within 7 business days. For returns, we'll refund the money after our warehouse receives and checks the product, which takes up to 2 weeks after the pickup.
